Delivery Information

 The charge for postage & packaging is £4.95 for standard delivery to mainland UK . Larger items such as furniture may incur an additional charge of  £40-£80 depending on size and weight. Shipping to overseas destination are priced on an individual bases and are quoted separately.

 The Delivery of goods will normally be within 14 working days and in most cases 4-5 working days from order acceptance. In addition to using our own van we use The Royal Mail or alternative courier services to deliver your order. We work closely with these services to ensure the best possible service, however delays out with our control may occur. For security reasons, a signature will be required to acknowledge receipt of the goods. We recommend that an alternative delivery address is provided when known that no one will be available to sign. The couriers will leave an alternative delivery instruction card if there is no one available to sign at the given delivery address.

 The packaging of your order is done meticulously by hand using as much shock absorbing material necessary. Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Where possible we recycle the outer packaging to lesson our negative effect on the environment. 

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please ensure you unpack and check your order as soon as possible. Should you have any questions or queries concerning your order please contact us immediately? Returned goods must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels and documents still in place. Please note that the parcel and contents you return to us is your responsibility until it is reaches us. Please rewrap items securely. Use an insured registered courier service and keep the receipt. The cost of return goods is at your expense. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the above conditions are not met.
